That looks insanely delicious. And I am not even a sweets type of person…but there is something so tempting and exotic about dates. They are sort of a fairy tale fruit, and always make me think of Scheherazade or Morgiana or someone like that. I am not sure how the toffee syrup fits into this scenario, but that sounds incredible as well!
